According to New York Post columnist Miranda Devine’s new book “Laptop from Hell,” President Joe Biden allegedly sought a ten percent cut from a deal with Chinese government-linked energy conglomerate CFEC that has “more money than God.”

The deal involved Hunter Biden, the president’s brother Jim Biden, and business associate Tony Bobulinski, according to the New York Post which published an excerpt from the book. They met up with Joe Biden in Los Angeles for a speech he was giving at the Milken Institute Global Conference. It would be Bobulinski’s first meeting with the future president on May 2, 2017.

“Dad not in now until 11,” Hunter stated in a WhatsApp message. “Let’s me [you] and Jim meet at 10 at Beverly Hilton where he’s staying.”

Jim Biden told Bobulinski that the meeting with his brother was strictly “high level.”

“We will not go into any detail about the business,” remarked Hunter, referring to the Chinese energy conglomerate deal. “I just want my dad to be comfortable with you.” This was just one of a number of shady Chinese deals that the Bidens were reportedly involved in.

“This is Tony, Dad,” said Hunter introducing Bobulinski to his father, “the individual I told you about that’s helping us with the business that we’re working on with the Chinese.”

After both shared their backgrounds, Joe Biden said, “Thank you for your service. Thank you for helping my son.”

In Devine’s account, Hunter Biden and his uncle stressed that Bobulinski had been “working hard” on the Chinese deal and Joe Biden proclaimed: “My son and my brother trust you emphatically, so I trust you.”

Bobulinski and Joe Biden would meet again the next day after the Milken speech where Biden would cryptically tell him, “Keep an eye on my son and brother and look out for my family.”

Following that, Bobulinski reportedly met with Jim Biden who filled him in on the details concerning their work with CEFC over the last two years. Jim and Hunter Biden ostensibly leveraged Joe Biden’s name and political status to advance the China Communist Party’s Belt and Road initiative around the world.

“How are you guys getting away with this?” Bobulinski asked. “Aren’t you concerned that you’re going to put your brother’s [2020] presidential campaign at risk? You know, the Chinese, the stuff that you guys have been doing already in 2015 and 2016, around the world?”

“Plausible deniability,” Jim Biden chuckled, according to Devine’s book.

On May 15, 2017, SinoHawk Holdings, LLC was incorporated. Hunter Biden wanted to call if CEFC America but that was shot down. The investment firm was seeded with $10 million from the Chinese to buy projects in the US and across the globe. Investments were slated to be “in global and/or domestic infrastructure, energy, financial services, and other strategic sectors” according to their contract.

Ye Jianming, the chairman of CEFC at the time, would own 50 percent of SinoHawk via a Delaware-incorporated CEFC entity, Hudson West IV LLC. The other half of the firm would be owned by Oneida Holdings LLC, another Delaware firm set up by Bobulinski.

CEFC is one of the largest energy companies in the world. Jianming was looking to spend $1.5 billion to ensure the Czech Republic would become China’s “Gateway to the European Union,” which is a priority for President Xi. He believed the Bidens would help facilitate that goal nicely.

Over a previous private dinner in Miami, the CEFC chairman made Hunter Biden an offer he couldn’t refuse… $10 million a year, for a minimum of three years, for “introductions alone,” Hunter later stated in an email to CEFC executives, according to the New York Post.

Jianming allegedly gave Hunter Biden a 3.16-carat diamond worth $80,000 to seal the deal. Photographs of the stunning stone were found on Hunter’s laptop along with a grading report that lists it as a “round brilliant” of Grade F with prime “VS2” clarity and “excellent” cut.

Oneida would be split among the players according to an e-mail sent by James Gilliar, who was a 56-year-old British ex-SAS officer, to the group on May 13, 2017.

Gilliar connected with Hunter Biden through a trusted Biden family friend named Rob Walker, who was a former Clinton administration official. Walker’s wife, Betsy Massey Walker, had been Jill Biden’s assistant when she was Second Lady.

He remarked in an email to Bobulinski in March 2016 that CEFC has “more money than God. This is the capital arm of one belt one road.” Gilliar would go on to be the liaison between the Bidens and the Chinese.

“The equity will be distributed as follows,” noted Gilliar in an email.

“20 H [Hunter] 20 RW [Walker] 20 JG [Gilliar] 20 TB [Bobulinski] 10 Jim [Biden] 10 held by H for the big guy,” the email read.

Three years later, Bobulinski would tell everyone that the “big guy” was Joe Biden.

“Hunter Biden called his dad ‘the Big Guy’ or ‘my Chairman,’ and frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals that we were discussing,” he asserted.

Gilliar would go on to warn Bobulinski in a WhatsApp message on May 20, about the need for discretion concerning Joe Biden’s role: “Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u are face to face, I know u know that but they are paranoid.”

Bobulinski responded, “OK they should be paranoid about things.”

It is expected that many other revelations will be detailed in “Laptop from Hell: Hunter Biden, Big Tech, and the Dirty Secrets the President Tried to Hide,” which comes out Tuesday.

The Bidens just keep on trending:
