Fuming NY GOP Rep exposes defund-police AOC in ‘gas guzzling vehicle with sizable police detail’

Only days after being exposed as a fraud over the “Tax the Rich” gown she’d worn to the lavish Met Gala, New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a Democrat, has again been exposed as a fraud and hypocrite.

The latest exposure comes courtesy of fellow New York Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, a Republican. Early Wednesday afternoon, the congresswoman reported seeing Ocasio-Cortez “being chauffeured in a gas guzzling vehicle with a sizable police detail.”

“Just now at the Capitol: Hypocrite @AOC who pushes defunding the police and the green new deal being chauffeured in a gas guzzling vehicle with a sizable police detail,” she tweeted at 1:20 pm.

As correctly noted by Malliotakis in her tweet, Ocasio-Cortez is a staunch advocate of “defunding the police” and of the Green New Deal.

She’s already “explained” why she’s a climate change hypocrite — because, ironically, she seems to think living in the utopian world she’s plotted in her head is impossible — but she has yet to offer an excuse for her police hypocrisy.

Her “explanation” would probably be the same as the one offered by her fellow “squad” members — namely that they’re special and thus deserving of special treatment.

“So if I end up spending $200,000, if I spend ten more dollars on it, you know what, I get to be here to do the work, so suck it up. And defunding the police has to happen,” fellow “squad” member Cori Bush haughtily said last month.

Meanwhile, while both benefiting from their own police but pushing for the defunding of police for others, Democrats like Ocasio-Cortez have also been making light of the demonstrable crime wave that’s been leaving a trail of dead bodies across the country.

During a Zoom discussion in June with fellow radical Democrat Rep. Rep. Jamaal Bowman, she complained about “headlines about percentage increases” in crime, arguing that they’re driving “a hysteria” that isn’t necessarily based in fact.

“I want to say that any amount of harm is unacceptable and too much, but I also want to make sure that this hysteria, you know, that this doesn’t drive a hysteria — and that we look at these numbers in context so that we can make responsible decisions about what to allocate in that context,” she said.

In other words, the police should still be defunded even though people are dying left and right.

Some critics wondered if she’d feel the same way if she became a victim of a crime like former California Sen. Barbara Boxer, a Democrat who was mugged in Oakland the following month.

Despite Oakland being a hotbed of violent crime, the former congresswoman was completely shocked at what happened.

“It was shocking and so unsuspected. You just don’t imagine that would happen. It shakes you up,” she complained to the Los Angeles Times at the time.

Perhaps Democrats who don’t pay attention to the news “don’t imagine that would happen.”

As early as 2013, the East Bay Times reported that Oakland “is the robbery capital of America.”

Dovetailing back to the president, the City of Oakland reported in early June that armed carjackings had increased by 115 percent this year. Later that same month a local TV news crew was robbed while reporting on the city’s crime spike.

Rampant crime is simply a reality in Oakland and many other cities — particularly blue cities.

But because Democrats — particularly ones in office like Ocasio-Cortez — benefit from (oftentimes taxpayer-funded) police protection, they appear to live in a fantasy world utopia where there’s really no crime at all.

And so, they genuinely don’t seem to understand that to everyday Americans who lack such luxuries, rampant crime is as real as life itself.

It’s either this or they do realize the discrepancy but just don’t care. Either way, they’re still frauds and hypocrites, according to the public. Especially Ocasio-Cortez, who was recently exposed after the “Tax the Rich” debacle.

It turns out that the woman who designed the gown and attended the gala with the congresswoman is a notorious tax cheat who runs her business like a sweatshop, according to former employees.

Ocasio-Cortez has yet to explain this as well.
