Fort Hood shooter congratulates Taliban with letter from death row: ‘We have won!!!’

The humiliation of President Joe Biden’s surrender to the Taliban has tarnished America’s reputation as well as emboldened extremists who are rejoicing over the debacle in Afghanistan which is once again a safe space for terrorists.

One who is extremely pleased with the bitter end of the nation’s longest war is Nidal Hasan who killed multiple people in 2009 at Fort Hood, the massive Army base near Killeen, Texas in a bloody terrorist attack motivated by the killer’s radical Islamic ideology.

Hasan, a former U.S. Army major and psychiatrist who has been cooling his heels on death row, spiked the ball over Biden’s failure, rejoicing “We Have Won!!!” in a letter written in his cell at Fort Leavenworth.

Hasan’s rampage took place in a processing center when the self-proclaimed “soldier of Allah” opened fire before he and his unit were to have deployed to Afghanistan, the savagery wounded dozens and claimed the lives of 13, the same number of soldiers killed when the Biden administration’s failures led to a suicide bombing outside of the Kabul airport’s evacuation zone.

In the missive which Hasan asked his attorney to forward to Taliban leaders, the murderer wrote, “All-Praises be to All-Mighty Allah! Congratulations on your victory over those who hate for the Laws of All-Mighty God to be supreme on the land.”

The letter was dated August 18, after the Taliban capitalized on the incompetence of Biden’s military and foreign policy experts to seize control of the Afghan government with stunning speed.

He added, “I pray to Allah that He helps you implement Shariah Law fully, correctly, and fairly,” referring to the Islamic legal principles that reject traditional western values and encourage the subjugation of women and gays, demographics that will find life extremely miserable under Taliban rule.

This week, White House press secretary Jen Psaki defended the administration’s legitimizing of the Taliban despite the fact that the group’s leadership included known terrorists.

Hasan’s attorney, retired Army Colonel John Galligan said that he was not surprised at the letter due to his client’s “deeply held” religious convictions and “perceived value of Sharia Law” and jabbed Biden.

In a statement to Fox News, Galligan said, “I believe he is pleased to see that the Biden Administration is now seemingly willing to engage with the Taliban as de facto government in Afghanistan.”

Twitter reacted to Hasan’s gloating:

The news of the convicted murderer’s praise of the Taliban comes only days before the 20th anniversary of 9/11, a day that will forever live in infamy when terrorists who trained in Afghanistan the last time that it was under Taliban control attacked America, murdering over 3,000 innocent people.

Now thanks to Biden, the country can once again be used as a staging ground for future actions against Americans so it should not be surprising that Hasan is overjoyed, as are other terrorists.
