Don Lemon throws hissy fit over ‘idiotic and nonsensical’ adults who won’t get the jab

CNN anchor Don Lemon cannot accept peoples’ right to choose whether or not they receive the coronavirus vaccine and on his Friday night show, he had a message for adults holding out on receiving “the jab”.

In a segment with faux-Republicans Mark McKinnon and Ana Navarro where they all posited that Americans’ resistance to getting the vaccine was surely a result of politicization, Lemon decided to tell viewers how he really feels about unvaccinated Americans.

“Don’t say bad things about people who don’t get the vaccine because then they’ll feel like you’re attacking them or whatever,” Lemon said, exasperated, “but how much more — you got to call it what it is.”

Lemon then launched into a tirade on vaccine resistance.

“If behavior is idiotic and nonsensical, I think that you need to tell people that their behavior is idiotic and nonsensical. It doesn’t mean that they are idiots. It’s just that their behavior on this particular point that is not making sense,” he declared.

“So, I don’t understand what is taking people so long and how many people have to die for adults, for adults and why are adults believing people on the internet instead of science and experts? Why are they believing Donald Trump who has — who lies more than he tells the truth on any given day of the week?” Lemon demanded.

While the vaccine remains the safest option for most Americans to prevent catching or spreading the virus, Lemon has conveniently forgotten about the scandal surrounding the doctors and scientists who told Americans to “trust the science”.

The infamous doctor who shamelessly capitalized on the coronavirus pandemic, Dr. Anthony Fauci has unfortunately given many people a reason not to trust the science.

First Americans were advised to wear no masks, then Americans were advised to wear one everywhere, and at one point people were even told to double up and wear TWO masks.

Then, the media and liberal lawmakers dragged then-President Trump for suggesting the virus has somehow escaped a lab in Wuhan, China. When President Biden suggested this same theory one year later, it was universally accepted as plausible by doctors, scientists, and the media.

Fauci allegedly funded the gain of function research for the Wuhan lab and the coronavirus, now, however, he conveniently denies that.

Americans were told if they received the vaccine, life could go back to normal and they would no longer need to take precautions like wearing a mask.

Unfortunately, this does not appear to be the case as some areas of the country reinstituted mask mandates, even for vaccinated people amid the spread of the Delta variant.

The most recent data shows that in the United States, 68.7 percent of the adult population has received at least one dose of the vaccine while 59.8 percent are fully vaccinated, according to the CDC.

Many people on Twitter who dissent with Lemon pointed to a lack of trust for their resistance to the vaccine and the information, or lack thereof, from experts touting its efficacy:
