Trump dubs Scarborough with doozy of a nickname in blistering tweet. Let’s just say, it got Joe’s attention

In a taunting tweet this morning, President Trump bestowed a catchy new nickname on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” host, Joe Scarborough as he ripped the show and its less than stellar ratings.

In an ongoing feud, Trump ramped it up a notch by dubbing the morning liberal host who claims to be “Republican” –“Morning Psycho.”

The President continued his criticism with …

The Twitter-verse is eating it up and even the MSNBC producers seem to be giving the name a test drive on the show’s banner …

A few minutes after the tweets dropped, Scarborough said on screen, “Why thank you. I remember you telling Jeff Zucker that you didn’t need CNN, the entire network of CNN, to get elected, but you are saying our show is so powerful that we got you elected. Wow, that’s great!

“He just can’t quit us,” he concluded.

Co-host Willie Geist quipped, “It’s viewers like you, Mr. President, who make it all possible. No, we have a great team who comes in in the middle of the night, works all night, works around the clock, works all weekend to get the show ready.”

Laughing, Scarborough said, “He’s having trouble this morning, right now he’s going off on a conspiracy about how Twitter is rigged against him …  And attacked The New York Times in a way we don’t find laughable. He’s having a bad morning … proving once again just how bad the Mueller report was for him.”

Joe’s wife and co-host Mika Brzezinski was less pleased with all of it. Scarborough said, “Mika we have a few tweets from the president, since he mentions us. Hi, Donald. How are you doing, we love that you watch us, we hope you’re doing okay.”

“No I really don’t,” Brzezinski mumbled.

“Tell him to stop watching, this is a sickness, he’s got to stop,” she whined.
